Let’s start in the Living Room…

Kelly knew her client wanted a cohesive shading design that complimented their contemporary slopeside retreat. Designing the entire residence with our made in Vermont, EcoSmart Roller Shades made the most sense; automated for lifestyle ease.

In the living areas, Kelly selected light-filtering Omni-Screen fabric in 3% opacity, in White/Beige. The hardwired system with sleek panel design, pairs well, with the other home automation systems.

"It was so much fun working on this project! The living area has so much gorgeous glass because of course the views are incredible, but with that glass came some blinding sun and heat gain. We decided that the perfect product for the space would be EcoSmart Roller Shades with fabric that has a metalized back designed to reflect the sun while allowing for a really excellent view through."

Kitchen

The opacity of the Omni Screen Fabric of 3%, reduces the blinding afternoon glare from the slopes. When the shades are down, the stunning silhouettes of the surrounding Spruce Peak Village create a beautiful backdrop to life.

Primary Suite

In the Primary Bedroom(as well as the guestrooms), Kelly designed the automated shade with Room-Darkening Fabric, to inspire restful sleep after a long day shushing down the mountain.
