Anyhooo…Kelly guided Judy’s design for new drapery in her adjacent dining room. With the warmth of the surrounding wood trim, floors and built-in cabinets, Kelly suggested going cooler with the drapery. Judy’s traditional wing-back chair, in a rich cobalt blue hue was the inspiration for the Duralee/Robert Allen fabric for the drapery. With a subtle, yet distinct weave, the drapery brings a soft, and soothing calm to her space.
Kelly selected Forest Drapery Hardware; Dresden Collection, Corded Traversing Hardware in Satin Nickel, for the ease of operation and sleek design. The drapery was created in the classic pinch-pleat style. The final look is serene, tranquil, and peaceful. Exactly what home should be.
