Our customer has an expansive, gorgeous window seat. 6 windows wide, 2 window-heights tall with angled skylights.
So much enjoyment, yet so much energy loss. We found an energy-smart, and stylish solution.
We designed a combination shading solution for them. We used our made in Vermont, EcoSmart Insulating Shades on the lower windows, with a smooth continuous cord operation, and Hunter Douglas’ motorized “Skylift” Shades on the upper windows. Each motorized shade can be controlled independently, as well as all-at-once. The motors are super quiet, and the remote control looks like a piece of art. The Pebble remote was designed to be flipped over to disguise it as a paperweight. Chic, stylish and functional.
Coordinating the fabric was crucial. Kelly worked with Hunter Douglas to match our EcoSmart Shades with their Skylift Shades.
Now when the Sun cascades in, the whole home fills with a soft, warm glow.
