In the kitchen, at the front of the home, with a lot of foot/car traffic, it was privacy that was needed. But who wants to sacrifice all that natural light? With the ‘country casual’ theme already settled on, Kelly suggested crisp, clean, classic, white cafe shutters. Norman Shutters are 110% quality. The craftsmanship is bar none. Now our homeowner has privacy when they want it, and sunlight with a tilt of a shutter.

Kelly worked closely with Porter Preston, a leader in the industry of drapery hardware. Corner hardware, and tight corners were no issue. Now the drapery and valances are well-balanced and work well within the tricky architectural details of the new build.
Classic white, wood blinds carry the linear design theme throughout the home, that was started in the kitchen with the shutters.
