After deciding to downsize to a downtown condominium, our client needed our expertise. He wanted insulation from the wind that whips across Lake Champlain, and wanted some formal drapery.
We went to work. Our drapery design was focused on ease. We suggested using large grommets for the drapery hardware accompanied by flexible drapery wands for smooth operation.
In the sitting room, we designed a layered treatment for superior energy efficiency. Our made in Vermont EcoSmart Insulating Cellular Shades were placed close to his windows. The honeycomb design will reduce his energy costs all throughout the year. We added stylish drapery, selecting fabric with vertical stripe. This design elongates the overall height of his space and drapery always creates a warm and comforting environment.
