The recently renovated Courtyard Burlington Harbor is located just steps away from Lake Champlain, Burlington Town Center, and the Church Street Marketplace. It is ideal for business or pleasure with spacious, thoughtful guest rooms, breakfast, dinner and Sunday brunch at our on site restaurant, Bleu Northeast Seafood.
The Harbor room – Event and Conference space, located on ground level, which provided some privacy challenges for the Marriott. How to create privacy, and yet be thoughtful of the variety of client’s needs in the future?
Our designer discussed a multi-layered window treatment, mixing modern motorized EcoSmart Solar shades and soft, sheer drapery.
The layered treatment provides our client, the Marriott, (and more importantly their clients) the utmost light control for the space. Forest Group’s sleek ripplefold track system is simple yet very functional. Architects and designers, alike love it. Our designer was meticulous to safety measures when designing the window decor. This room now can accommodate a variety of clients, be it PowerPoint presentations or a fabulous weddings. All the light control needs are now easily met, and with style.
