“Window treatments throughout our house needed to be replaced. Our designer, Michele, provided us with many great options until we settled on the perfect curtains to meet our needs and our esthetic. On install day, Chris and Colin arrived early and had nine window treatments installed in under two hours. “Just wanted to tell you that your installer just left and he did a great job! My problem was that I couldn’t get the screens out of the two ends of my new bay window (the sections that open). He removed the blinds (which I had not known how to do – but I do now. 😊) but the screens still wouldn’t come out. So he got creative and figured out the problem (I’ll let him describe it to anyone who needs to know – I know he took photos!), fixed it, got the screens out, and showed me how to put the blinds back up. He’s a very patient teacher and has terrific innovative skills, and the ability to carry his idea out!
